In the era where every individual is a fitness freak, The Growth for Fitness Instructors (GFFI) Fitness training Institute was founded on Jan 22, 2002 by Meenakshi Mahendroo, and Neeraj Mehta.

The institute believes that it is as important to try to prevent disease by doing regular physical activities as it was to treat disease and the most important factor to change the current health crises are increased activity, weight training, aerobic conditioning, flexibility and proper nutrition.
