The Spice Route provides a heaven like experience with a combination of color and décor. Its decor is like a path through the darkest forest of red wood, shiny gold branches and the most mysterious of fragrances. It offers food that traces the cuisine of countries that fell under the ancient spice route. Kerala and Thai food are among the favorites in the restaurant. The restaurant is a bit expensive but the experience is worth it and is unforgettable. Dress code is formal.

Pronounced as one of the top ten restaurants in the world by Condé Nast Traveler, The Spice Route serving Southeast Asian cuisine has been designed to reflect the journey of spices from the Malabar Coast in Kerala through Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Indonesia to Thailand and Vietnam.

The Restaurant is personification of the art and culture that traveled through these regions.

A picture perfect water body with floating candles and thoughtfully strewn petals forms the center of the Courtyard.
