World's Cheapest New Car, The Nano, Debuts In India

It's one thing to tout manufacturing the world's most expensive vehicle. It's quite another thing to promote marketing the world's cheapest car. But that was the goal and now accomplishment of Tata Motors. It unveiled the Nano on Thursday at the New Delhi Auto Expo.
