How to kill time around the Delhi airport

I'm going to have a 6-hour layover between a domestic flight to Delhi and an international flight leaving India. I assume I have to be at the International Terminal 3 hours before my flight, which leaves 3 hours from 15:00 to 18:00 to kill. I'm thinking of spending a little bit of money on a dinner at one of Radisson's posh restaurants. Another possibility is Quatb Minar. But is 3 hours enough to go to and from Qutab Minar?
